Return Policy
We allow customers to return products within 3 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
+ The product must be unused and undamaged.
+ Return shipping costs will not be covered by the store.
+ The refund (excluding original shipping fees) will be transferred to the customer’s bank account within 2–3 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Exchange Policy
We allow customers to exchange products within 3 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
+ The product must be unused and undamaged.
+ Return shipping costs will not be covered by the store. However, we will provide free shipping for the replacement item.

Important: Every product is carefully checked and securely packaged before shipping to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If any issues occur during shipping, we are always willing to resolve them in the best possible way for our customers.
